NATIONAL SPORTS CLUSTER LEVELGAMES

Kar Har Maiden Fateh is the faith that leads to achievement. Sports, an interesting activity is a mixture of emotions on the ground to showcase ability in a limited amount of time. D.A.V Centenary public school is organising a 3 days DAV National sports cluster level games on 11Oct.2019 in school premises. The event was started by an astounding inauguration ceremony with flag hosting  by the  chief guests Sh. Mahesh Chopra JI, Secretary DAVC MC New Delhi  Dr.R.B Solanki, Vice chancellor,C.R.S.U Jind and Sh. Ajay Batra manager of DAV Safidon. A phenomenal cultural item along with a welcome song and a sport activity were presented by the students.21 Schools from different cities of Haryana are participating in this cluster level games. Cluster Head-cum-regional officer Dr.D Vidyarthi through his stimulating speech exhilarated the students regarding good sportsmanship. News Letter was inaugurated by the dignitaries. Sh.R.B Solanki ji, through his speech conveyed the message that play the game with the spirit of sportsmanship. Sh. Mahesh Chopra ji inspired the players that a team work builds the character and teaches respect, honour and discipline. A number of games like Swimming, Gymnastics, Hockey, Chess, Kabaddi, Volleyball, Handball, Table-Tennis, Kho-Kho etc. are included in this National Sports cluster level.

On the second day of national cluster level games, the players exhibited their powerful performance and their devotion towards sports was praiseworthy. Audience was looking stunned and excited while watching the players 'fight for victory’. Everybody in the team was trying his level best to bring laurels to his team. In basketball match boys team of DAV Sirsa stood first and team of Fatehabad got second position.  On the other hand girls team DAV Jind added a feather in the cap by winning gold while DAV public school Fatehabad stood second.  In Kabaddi, Boys team of Narnaul stood first and DAV Jakhal got second position. In chess competition boys team of SBP Fatehabad clinched gold while DAV Jind had to satisfy with silver medal. In badminton match, boys’ team of DAV Jind scored first position and DAV police remained on second position. Girls team of DAV school Jind, grabbed gold and Narnaul stood second. In yoga, boys’ team of DAV Jind Got gold, Narnaul silver and girls team of police DAV Jind grabbed gold. In football match, boys’ team of DAV Jind won gold medal, DAV Police Bhiwani, Got silver medal. On the other hand, girls team DAV Tohana won first position and DAV Jind got second position. 

DAV Jind, the overall champion In National cluster level game ln the  sports  mega event,  after scoring 83 points, the highest points in this cluster level games, DAV Public School Jind grabbed overall  championship trophy and thus proved his excellence. DAV Public School Narnaul became the first runner up by scoring 43 points and K.L. Arya DAV Public School, Hissar stood second runner-up by scoring 37 points. Award of the best player was clinched by Jigyansha of DAV Public School Fatehabad. In this cluster of games, Boys team of DAV Police Public School stood first in swimming competition and girls team DAV Public School Jind stood first and in gymnastic Boys team DAV police Public School Rewari stood first.   ln hockey Boys as well as girls  team of DAV police Public School, Hisar stood first. In karate Boys team of DAV Centenary Public School Jind got first position. In chess Boys team of SBP DAV School, Fatehabad got first position. The Boys team as well as girls team of table tennis SBP DAV CP School Fatehabad stood first. In table tennis SBP DAV Centenary Public School Fatehabad got first position. In the competition of Kho-Kho Boys team as well as girls team of MLS DAV Public School Narnaul got first position.  Boys team in Kabaddi of M.L.S. DAV Public School Narnaul got first position.In yoga competition DAV Centenary Public School, Jind scored first position.  In Taekwondo Boys team, MLS DAV Public School Narnaul got first position.  The Boys team of Arya DAV Public School, Hisar got first position in wrestling free style and in wresting Greco Roman In Wushu, Boys team of DAV Jind got 8 gold medals.  Girls team of DAV Jind grabbed first position in wrestling.  Boys team of DAV Public  School,  Bhiwani in Judo  clinched first position in Judo.  DAV Public School, Tohana, Boys team in cricket got first position. DAV Public School Narwana girls team won first position.  In basketball Boys got first position of DAV Public School, Sirsa.  Girls team of DAV Centenary Public School, Jind got first position.  The football Boys team of DAV Public School Jind got first position and the team of girls of DAV C Public School, Tohana got first position.  In the Handball teams of Boys DAV Police Public School Hisar Got Gold and girls team of Ratiya stood second. The Boys team of Volleyball of R.N. D.A.V. Public School, Kosli got first position. Girls team of DAVC Public School Tohana grabbed first position .In roller skating Boys team of DAV Public School, Narwana got first position while girls team of DAV Public School Narwana stood first.In boxing Boys team of DAV police Public School, Hisar clinched first position. And the girls team of SBP DAV School, Fatehabad got first position.  Boys team of badminton DAV Centenary Public School Jind got first position and the girls team of the same School DAV Public School, Jind grabbed first position.  ln Archery Boys team of M.L.S. DAV Public School, Narnaul got first position while the girls team of BLJ DAV Centenary Public School Jakhal Mandi got first position. In lawn tennis Boys team of DAV Public School Jind got first position and the Girls Team of the same School DAV Jind clinched first position. prizes were distributed by Ashok Kumar Aggarwal, Secretary General, Haryana State Yoga Association, and Dr. D.  Vidyarthi.   Dr. Vidyarthi conveyed his blessings to staff and students for the successful mega event of national sports.
