Celebration of lamps i.e. Diwali celebrated with pomp in the DAV school in the celebration of victory of religion over adharma. DAV Principal Smt. Rashmi Vidyarthi said that today all the children celebrated Diwali with pomp. On the occasion of Dhanteras, children participated in the competitions of decorating, rangoli, kandil banao, kalash decoration, clay modelling, plate decoration, class decoration etc. All the students exhibited more than one artwork. In which they made Ganesh, Lakshmi, Laddu Gopal, Diya, Peacock, Jagannath, Candle, Shivling, many types of flowers etc. On this occasion, there was an abundance of enthusiasm for the competition inside the children. Mrs. Vidyaru inspired children to make eco friendly Diwali. The festival of Diwali encourages us to stay together and connect with the society and move forward. Looking at the enthusiasm and artifacts of the children, Mrs. Vidyaji told the children that when Lord Shriram returned to Ayodhya after 14 years of exile, his people cleaned the houses and welcomed them by lighting the lamps. Deepawali festival is celebrated together with the destruction of ego and evil. This festival teaches us the importance of collectiveness, dedication and cooperation. Spiritually this festival gives us the message of enlightenment, purity, prosperity and religion. This festival inspires us to keep truth, knowledge and light burning in our lives. Mrs. Vidyaraji inspires children to move forward by following true and good path. He learned the process of creating their artwork and provided children with new information. Told kids about how kids can make these artwork better. He said that children are so informed and enthusiastic that only with a little guidance they introduce their inner potential. The students who got first, second and third place were awarded by Mrs. Vidyaji and also cheered them up.
