The school has an innovative academic programme coupled with a variety of co-curricular activities for all the students beginning from K.G. classes to class XII. All the subjects i.e. English,Hindi,Maths, Social Studies and Science are compulsory till the secondary stage with the only exception of Sanskrit at the secondary stage which is opted by some students as a third langauge. The School has science and commerce stream at Senior Secondary level.The School term ordinarily commences in April of a calendar year to end in March of the next calendar year.
ADMISSION AND WITHDRAWAL OF A CANDIDATE
1. Parents seeking admission of their wards must seek registration in advance. Registration for admission to LKG Class starts in Dec/Jan, while registration for admission to other classes depends on the availability of vacant seats.
2. No candidate will be admitted without Entrance Test and the decision of the principal will be final in all the matters concerned.
3. At the time of Registration, an attested copy of the results of the present/previous class along with character certificate and two recent passport size coloured photos will be required.
4. Test and interview date will be intimated at the time of submission of Registration Form.
5. Admission will be granted to the desired class only if performance of the candidate is up to the mark in the admission test and the seats are vacant and the class to which admission has been sought.
6. At the time of admission, the following documents must be submitted, failing which the admission will not be granted.
(a) Date of Birth Certificate In original.
(b) Transfer certificate from the previous school affiliated and recognised by the govt.,duly counter signed by the Education Deptt.
(c) A medical certificate certifying that the student is free from all contagious and infectious diseases.
7. In case any parent wants to withdraw his or her child at the close of the session, application in this regard be submitted to the school office latest by 31st March. If the application is received later on, the full dues will be charged the month of April.
8. The Principal can, in the interest of the school, have a student's name removed off the school roll for the following reasons.
(a) If the student has failed to accept the discipline of the school and his/her continued presence may be detrimental to the interest of other students.
(b) If the student fails to come up to the academic standards expected of him and does not improve at all despite all possible efforts by the school.
(c) If the student fails to complete 75% attendance up to 1st The Month preceding the month of Examination.
RESERVATION OF SEATS
10% seats are reserved for students belonging to economically weaker sections of the society. Further, fee concession will be granted on merit-cum-means basis to as many students as 10% of the total strength as per HUDA by-laws. The fee concessions will be granted after the submission of the requisite income certificate by the parents of such students. Only the parents who apply for fee concession and qualify for award of these concessions will be considered.
