DAV Centenary Public School Jind held an impressive function to celebrate its Annual Prize Distribution function for the classes pre-nursery to 9th and 11th in the school premises on 30th of March 2018.Sh. Rajesh Goel P.S to Chief Minister, Haryana was the Chief Guest on this occasion.
The programme commenced with lighting of ceremonial lamp by the Chief Guest along with other dignitaries.
The colourful programme entertained the audience tremendously and filled the environment with great zest, vibrance and elation. Participants showered the fragrance of their innocence and talent during the performances after which Chief guest honoured the pupils for their outstanding performances in the field of academics.
Sh. Rajesh Goel credited the DAV School Jind administration for providing quality infrastructure and good learning atmosphere to the students. He also quoted the relevance of ancient Vedic culture and stressed upon the infusion of moral values with education.He said that DAV is performing this task brilliantly and Jind residents are lucky to have such school in their vicinity. He also asked the parents to infuse good moral character and patriotism while they are young.
Speaking on this occasion, Dr.D.D.Vidyarthi , Principal cum Regional Director of school motivated and inspired the students to work hard to achieve their goal. He said that the students should focus on co-curricular activities with full zeal along with the academics. He also prompted the parents to motivate their wards on every little accomplishment they make in any field as this will help in their wholesome development in long run.
Mrs. Rashmi Vidyarthi, Principal DAV School Safidon also graced the occasion. A great number of students along with parents participated in the function.
